Yes. The minimum billing unit is one (1) hour of service.

This first hour covers on-site work time and expertise provided.

Travel expenses are not included in this minimum hour and are billed separately, depending on the area.

Even if the work takes less than an hour, the first hour is billed as a minimum.

Subsequent time is billed according to the actual duration of the work performed.
